Bright Chiropractic Complaint Procedure
At Bright Chiropractic we aim to provide high quality chiropractic care. Patient satisfaction is our highest priority; however, we are aware that patients may have concerns from time to time. If at any point you are dissatisfied with the service we provide, please follow these steps:
- Most complaints are best resolved when they arise, therefore, please discuss any concerns you may have with your practitioner. They will be happy to answer your questions and address any concerns you have.
- If this does not provide you with the resolution you need, or if you prefer not to address your concerns directly to your practitioner then please write to the clinic (email@example.com) and provide full details of your complaint.
- If further escalation is required, you may contact the British Chiropractic Association on firstname.lastname@example.org for advice.
