Location

Our clinic is located within a multidisciplinary health clinic. Please be aware that our treatment room is on the first floor without a lift.

Cancelations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the clinic or use the cancelation link provided. We require a minimum 24-hour notice, this allows us to offer the time to another patient. When the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the appointment, we may charge you a fee.

Prices and payments

Please check our website or contact the clinic to check the current prices at the time of booking.

Payment is due immediately after each appointment, preferably paid by debit or credit card. Cash payments are also accepted.

If a patient has an outstanding balance on their account this must be settled before receiving further treatment.

Occasionally, we may decide treatment isn’t indicated or a referral is needed. This would be discussed with you during your appointment. We reserve the right to charge on a pro-rata basis if a consultation is curtailed for any reason.

We are happy to provide GP letters or an overview report of your treatments to date, should you need one, without extra charge. Should you require a letter or report for an insurance company or solicitor, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

All treatments are deemed to be non-refundable.

Treatments

Treatment plans will be tailored to each individual patient. Patient progress, outcomes and the type and duration of treatment will vary between individual patients depending on many factors including age, medical history and response to treatment.

Minors

Patients aged 16 and over are entitled to consent to their own treatment.

Patients under 16 may still be able to give consent for themselves, provided they are mature enough to understand fully what is involved.

For younger patients we require a parent or legal guardian to give consent.

Confidentiality

Everything you discuss with the practitioner during your appointment is completely confidential. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Discount vouchers

Discount vouchers are only valid for initial consultations. The discount will be applied to the price of the initial consultation at the time of booking. Discount vouchers will have an expiry date, we cannot except vouchers past their expire date.

Behavioural tolerance

The clinic has a zero-tolerance policy towards violent, threatening and abusive behaviour. We have the right to refuse any patient not complying with this policy.
